Panther — Our Flagship Model

1500W of torque, street legal, and road-tested for DVSA approval. This bike started as a converted rust bucket. Now it’s got 4-inch tyres, hydraulic brakes, a VESC controller — and a 28mph cap that keeps it Class L1e compliant.

Built for the DVSA

This isn’t a DIY experiment — the Panther was built to pass DVSA individual vehicle approval (MSVA).      That means hardware-based speed limiting, safety features fitted to spec, and all electrical components chosen for reliability and fire safety.

You won’t find a twist-and-hope throttle here. Every design choice was made with safety and compliance in mind — from brake redundancy to light placement.

From Shed to Road — Will It Pass?

Labels, lights, mirrors, reflectors, a side stand, number plate mount — everything has been fitted to meet MSVA standards.

The DVSA team have been brilliant — proper professional, helpful, and sharp. Every detail on this bike now aims for full legal approval.
